I went yesterday to drop off a Jury Summons deferment. I left early from work to accommodate getting there before they closed at what their profile says is 5PM closing time. I arrived at 4:40 to make sure I could park etc. Parking was great and right by the door. Problem is, on their door is posted their actual hours, which they close at 4:30PM. Sorry I didn't take a picture but please fix this. There was another woman who arrived as I did and was also unhappy that they were closed. Guessing this happens every single day...

"Our phone hours are 8:30am-11am" I've called at 9, 9:30, and 10am and that's the message I get. It's not a holiday. This is ridiculous! Do your jobs!

If you don't like what i said you must be part of problem not Solution. My suggestions is to Stand For Truth & True Justice . which many other departments Fail to do. You are one division I see Potential in.
