My son and I have been waiting in line for 35 minutes. Tons of customers in front of us. Staff of 7 is barely moving. No one replenishing food. No need to rush. The manager moves at a snails pace, he has no organization or work ethic at all. It’s honestly awful and so frustrating to watch. The entire staff needs to be fired and replaced. Customer service ZERO!!!! Worst cafe rio ever!!! If I could give no stars I would. Go somewhere else!!

Absolutely terrible location. I have ordered food from this location online 4 times - every time the food was over 30 minutes late. Today I decided to give them one last try because I had family coming in town to celebrate a time sensitive event, so I ordered my food over an hour in advance. I arrived to pick up the food, and not only was it not ready, but the waitress told me I would have to wait another 60-90 minutes. What was most mind boggling about this, was that I saw customers walk in to order in line, who waited in line and received their food before my order was touched. After speaking with the manager, he said there was nothing he could do and that he had to continue to serve the walk in customers before getting to the online orders, and that even though I had ordered my food over an hour ago with a promised delivery time of 6 pm, that it wouldn’t be ready until 7 or 730. I will never order from this location again, and might write off cafe Rio entirely after this experience

They were backed up over an hour past online order pickup time. Refused to send order through the regular line because “corporate” won’t let them. Terrible setup. Very inefficient. Dozens of people walked in and went through the line and got their food while about ten people were waiting for their severely late online orders. This happens to us every time we order online here. Ended up canceling our order and walking out because they said it would be over another hour past our pickup time until it was ready.

No they are only doing curb side order pickup. Download the app order, select pickup time, then you'll tell them the make, model and color of vehicle in app. They will bring it out to you.

No, they don't have student discounts. Both of my college students eat there a lot and they just use the app to get free food. Everyone earns a $10 credit for every $100 they spend. Also, periodically they have double or triple points.
