Due to a tragic and unexpected loss in our family, we had to postpone our wedding and cancel our plans for a "destination wedding" altogether in Key West. Despite having notified Audubon house almost a year prior of our need to cancel our plans, having explained the private details why over the phone, Audubon nonetheless advised via email that they would not be refunding our $1000+ deposit in a short email. It seems Audubon is not a local business but is actually owned by a larger conglomerate out of Miami. We were told that is what that corporate office who declined the refund of our deposit. Despite the amount of notice they were given, keeping our money after everything we went through just made it all sting more.

This place is not a hotel, it's a museum
Interesting question. Would need to organize that with the museum operators.
This is not the bird organization site. However, Birds wondering into new territories is part species expand their territory and find new habitats. It's common enough the birds are found out of their normal environment that it's called an accidental or a stray. Nothing to worry about unless he's in danger, he'll move on in time!
The admission charge was around $15
Adults $12, students $7.50 and children $5.00.
If the ceremony is inside, 50 seems roughly right. If it's out in the gardens, maybe 100. Note, there would be no weather back up - they are too irregular for a tent. In either case, seating views will vary greatly.
