Came in to change responsibilities for lines on a family plan and was told to call customer service because in the store it will be 35 dollars for activation fees , left to call customer service but wait time was extremely long went back into the store and was told that they weren’t able to do it at all well looks like it shouldn’t be three employees in the store if their not able to help customers and it honestly sounded like someone who just didn’t want to work well they Shoulda called out . Won’t come to this location again !
