Great place for crickets cheapest in town. Staff is friendly.
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
We can take them anytime.
They have a full range, beginning to advanced.
We sure do! Thanks for all the support guys!! 👍👍
We have them for $18.99-$24.99 but with a cage purchase they drop in price. I apologize I don't get notifications on this! They vary in price between $18.99- $24.99 But tell them I talked to you and told you I would give you 15% off whatever hamsters you would like. :)
I recommend you go anywhere else but that place if you want A healthy animal
Yes but only from time to time. Your best bet is to call ahead and see if they have any right meow.
Yes they sneeze alot when you use pine bedding or a dusty material for bedding a salt lick wheel helps but it's pretty normal
I'm not sure if they finance birds but they do sell some birds. They have love birds, doves, parakeets, finches and sometimes cocktails and occasionally larger birds. There is actually a place across the street by True Value called Traci's Birds 4 You that specializes in birds.
I go in every Saturday and they always had masks on that I remember. I've been going in for 8 months now.
Yes we do. They vary a bit but roughly $4.99
Yes we do. We have a pretty big selection of sizes available right now.
Yes we do.
Yes. Several kinds. From bearded dragons to large monitors.
At the moment the ones we can get are crazy expensive. As soon as they're cheaper we will have plenty.
Yes. I gave them 4 of mine, with new cages, and they will rehome them.
We don't sell sugar gliders but do carry all the supplies for them.
We have tons to choose from. Anything from an anole to a tegu. If there's something specific you're looking for you can call and we can get you set up, or if you're just browsing I suggest coming in and taking a look.
We don't right now they've been unavailable. You can always check back with us and hopefully we have them.
We do not at the moment. As soon as they're available we will have tons in. *** We have an albino Florida king and regular Florida kings right now. *** Ellen that is a big possibility, I hope we get a litter or two before and hoping around fall.... this year they've been so hard to come across
Certain finches and parakeets we have. We carry a pretty good selection of birds starting around $25.
We do they're $35 with the purchase of a cage and set up. And I believe $49 individually. They're on sale right now usually they're closer to $59-$69
Depends on what they have available. Might want to call ahead to see what they have in stock.
Between $40 and $200. Chameleons aren't cheap. Also, you'll spend more on taking care of them. I recommend a "veiled".
a
Yes they have tons of them
We don't. I'm sorry. Edison is right though our stock rotates frequently I will keep an eye out for a dwarf but I haven't seen any available anywhere.
They generally have robust crickets
Yes but I wasn't able to catch a price
They do on occasion just depending on how many pregnant mice they have in supplie. Just ask at The register and they will let you know what they have available.
Just as all public businesses. We abide by the safety guidelines mandated by the governor and enforced by the health department.
I don't know on the price but they usually have hand fed babies
I don't know you should call them
Yes we do. You can call 8012610466 to confirm we have them right now and the pricing.
They are about 15 however because the one they sold me had a disease that is very spell between rats and very deadly. My poor boy passed away an hour after finding out. I don't recommend getting a rat here you would be better off getting one from a breeder.
We dont currently have any in. Sorry.
No I dont believe they do
We dont breed our own snakes so a hatch date isn't a guarantee. Some snakes we get locally specifically certain ball pythons and certain corn snakes (all depending on time of year) they have hatch dates on.
No, it is a pet store.
No not at all theu are a great pet store great people and an amazing variety with a knowledgeable friendly staff
Yes we do. Call in just to make sure we still have a Brazilian baby in.
We don't im sorry.
They do not have hedgehogs but they do have the supplies that you will need
They usually have corn snakes as for frozen mice I'm not sure. I feed live
Yes we do. We have a pretty big selection of sizes available right now.
They're not breed specific. Im sorry.
We don't at the moment. Here pretty soon they should be available again and we will definitely have them in.
It's pretty early in the season for Mantis... I would call and ask. The pet store in Tooele had 3 or 4 different species last season.
I know they have reciently had axolotl's (within the last couple weeks) , but the best thing would be to call in and ask. That way you won't waste a trip on a possibility 😁
We are currently out. They range from $49.99-$149.99 when available depending on size, quantity, and morphs.
Don't do goldfish, they are actually a high maintenance fish, betta is a hardy fish and can do very well by itself and should live up to 5 years. Just make sure you have an appropriate sized tank (greater than 5 gallons) a water heater, a water filter, and no plastic plants (betta fins are fragile and can easily be shredded by plastic plants. Real plants like an amazon sword or java fern should be used) and whatever fun decorations you want and your betta will be happy. You could look into how to cycle an aquarium, it just takes some pre-fish dedication. Let me know if you have other questions, I'm an avid aquarium hobbyist myself.
I don't know if they"have one on the shelf" but I'm sure they could get a pair for you. If I was interested in having a breeding pair of anything, I would buy from 2 sources to help insure they're not from the same ancestral line.
We dont have any large parrots at the moment. We do have smaller conures, etc.
They are Marshall's.
We don't I'm sorry.
We don't. I'm sorry.
We do carry chinchillas. They're I believe around $150. I'm not there right this second sorry.
They do still sell them and probably on stock
When we have them, they vary quite a bit between $600-$1000. Depending on size, locality etc.
We do have them regularly. Grey chinchillas are $189.99 and beige are $289.99
They do sell them. In general most basic ball pythons are between 50-80, and different types of pythons can range from 200-1,000
I don’t know
We do. We have 4-6" in stock. They vary in size.
Yes we do they're around $59.99
Marks does have birds, cockatiels specifically I do not know...
Unsure. Did not see any squirrels when I was last there
We don't. We get them when they're available. Check back next week I will request them.
There are no snakes that eat crickets as a main diet. And most fish eating snakes are not found in the pet trade and don't make good pets either
We have 1 shih-tzu/Chihuahua right now.
Looks like they do.
Yes we sure do.
Im not sure what kind, but im pretty sure they do.
We have 2 left.
It depends on what it is, and where it's going. There may be a delivery fee.
Yes they do. They are on sale right now. It is cheaper if you get the cage and set up with the bearded dragon. Right now it's $39 when you buy the cage and set up with it and $49 individually. Normally they are $59. Mark's Ark is a great place to buy a pet
We carry a few different and they change up weekly. We should have some and they're $18.99
You might want to give them a call. I know they are remodeling thier fish tanks the last time I was there. They are very knowledgeable about turtles and reptiles and all other animals they have. If I have any questions I ask them and they have been very helpful.
They dont carry Hedgehogs but if you go in they migjt he able to point you in the right direction.
We do not. We're actually trying not to carry puppies anymore
Give them a call. From what I see in there they have almost everything. I'm in there twice a week for crickets. Joined their cricket club. It's a great deal.
We sure do.
We sure do! You can call and they an run through the options with you.
Drive down there and check it out
You have to go down there and find out
We do have a ton. You can also come down and get discount expo tickets from us if that's what you choose to do.
They are a lot
We don't right now, check back next week and if they're available I will get them in.
They sell feeder mice and rats ranging from pinkies to full grown :)
Yes you can. You just sign a liability waiver and we would be happy to let you hold them.
Of course! We would love to help that connection anyway possible.
Yes they have lots of different spiders. They always have a great variety of spiders.
We sure do. We carry both of them and a few more.
Just feeders.
We do have both.
They no longer carry hedgehogs but they do carry supplies for keeping a heggie. If you're interested in getting a hedgehog you'll need to either contact a breeder and get on a waiting list or contact a hedgehog rescue (that's how we got our adorable spike ball.) Keep in mind, you need a reputable breeder/rescue in order to avoid getting a heggie that will develop Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome (WHS), a fatal neurological disorder that comes about when genetic lines are crossed inappropriately.
We just recently adopted a rescue hedgehog from Storybrook hedgehogs. She runs a very good rescue. If you're looking for a hogglet you'll need to contact a reputable breeder, get on a wait list and expect not only a wait but also the prices that go with a pedigree breed. $200-350 were the prices we were quoted in April 2018. All local breeders had a long wait list of at least a year as well. (You want a reputable breeder in order to avoid getting a hedgie that could develop dreaded Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome AKA: WHS. This is a fatal neurological disease caused by inappropriate breeding.)
They have them on occasionally. When I was there Friday they had some.
I'm not sure if they trade him in or not I've got a couple of cichlids I'd like to trade in handsome cichlids too many big fish
I find it is best to call Mark's Ark directly for answers to these questions. They are very helpful! Go to their website to call them directly. Good luck with the parakeets!
The store said in a post last week that they range from $189 on sale to about $299. They have adorable babies in the store right now.
The ones they had in store on May 18, 2018 were SO adorable!
If I remember correctly, they're on sale for $69.99 or $50 with a purchase of a set up. We also have some at the expo this weekend for an even more discounted price.
I would never describe Marks Ark as "not very knowledgeable about animal care", quite the contrary. Whenever I have a question about the care of a pet they are the first I ask.
We sell our hairless rats for 18.99 each when we have them in stock. Right now we are out of hairless rats and may get some in in the next few weeks.
Mark's Ark's owner answered yes. They are very good about getting back to people with answers to questions! Great place to get a pet.
We try to hold each one everyday, with so many it is a challenge but we have a lot of customers so we get to pull them out fairly regularly. There are different kinds of snakes which have a tendency to be more aggressive. It also depends on when they come in, or when they're due to eat or recently been fed. So there are some contributing factors to aggressive snakes. But we would love to pull out whatever you'd like and steer you away from aggressive ones. Our staff is well versed on which snakes are the best and handleable.
About 15.00 to start. And high quality ,well bred and taken care of.
I would call and see what they have in stock they are always getting new animals in stock. This is definitely the best place to go for animals and supplies. The employees there offer top notch advice and will will help you get everything you need to ensure your animal has a long healthy life.
You can call the store for up to date info on any animal you are interested in buying .
Right now. We're pretty low on babies. It depends on what's available though on when we're the lowest.
Right now they a bunch of cute younglings. U would recommend going in there and talking with Brent. They are my go to place for animals have been for the last 20 years. Would recommend them to everyone. Staff is always friendly and create a great atmosphere.
My wife owns 4 guenia pigs. Out of the 4 3 of them were purchased from marks ark. We have had no issues with the health of the pigs that were purchased from there.
You can find some of our specials on our Facebook at Mark's Ark Inc. We will have Russian tortoises and Box turtles. But we also have red ear sliders and other turtles we would love to give deals on 😊
We have a variety of leopard geckos, ranging from normal to fancy. Babies start at about $29.99 and adults at $40. Buying a cage set up will give you a deal on the lizards.
