I went in at 1am with an ear infection. I was discharged by 2:40am. The nurses and doctor were polite and didn't make my low level emergency feel out of place or less important. My needs and questions were taken care of and validated in a professional and timely manor.

As far as an emergency room experience goes, this was great! I was having a terrible asthma attack last night. I got here and they immediately took me back. We let them know we were on our way. I had an IV in my arm within 2 minutes of walking in. Events like this are stressful, and I felt so cared for here. My nurse Lauren was so helpful and her and Dr. Olensky were so compassionate and kind. I truly felt cared for in this terrifying moment. Thank you!

I went in to se if i had broken my wrist. They took me right in and I was evaluated first by a nurse who took care of the paperwork and then almost immediately by Doctor Denson, who provided excellent care (and bedside manner). I could not be happier with the care i received! My wrist was broken and they wrapped it and explained what additional care I needed. They provided appropriate medication and a referral to an orthopedic surgeon.

I'm not sure.. I would imagine they take all unless it's a specialist

I got stitches put in my hand there. They now need to be removed. Do I have to pay again to do that? Or will it not cost me again since it's for same condition? Thanks Jessica

Usually you wouldn't need to. Depends on your insurance. On the back of your insurance card should be a customer service number. I wouldn't recommend taking them out yourself, since the doctor or nurse needs to see if your wound has healed properly.

Do you accept aetna insurance?

Tyler they most certainly do not. They have to treat you but do not have to accept your insurance. I've got a big gay bill to prove it.
