I purchased a vacuum from Vacuums 360 online back in July and was subsequently told that the item had been discontinued. It took three calls and then a poor online review (this review, which I have now updated) for them to finally process my requested refund.

Erik was amazing!!! I have loved my Oreck Magnesium and took it to the Vacuums 360 store by my house in South Jordan. The guy there quickly looked at it and said it needed a new part that they didn't make anymore. Then, proceeded to try and sell me a new vacuum. Seriously the guy in South Jordan looked at it for 3 minutes. I have taken such good care of this vacuum and didn't feel it was really beyond repair, so I called the Salt Lake Vacuums 360 store and spoke to Erik. He told me to bring it down and he would look at it. He was able to get it working and the issue the South Jordan store said it was...was not even correct. While I was there, another customer came in picking up his vacuum that he thought was dead and Erik was able to fix. Erik is straight forward and honest and you don't find companies who have employees with those qualities anymore. I will NEVER go back to the South Jordan Vacuums 360 every again. I will drive farther just to go to Salt Lake. :)
