I was helping my cousin and her family in the search for a REALTOR in the Conyers area and I came across Lisa Lewis. I am a REALTOR myself so I had a ton of questions upfront for her as I was vetting her. Lisa is FANTASTIC!! She is a true professional in real estate. I often checked in with my cousin during her transaction and I always got good news. The transaction had some challenges and I was impressed over and over again with Lisa's problem solving and in the way she truly advocated for my family. Her negotiating skills are unmatched!! In a very complicated market she guided these first time home buyers with finding the right financing and was able to get them a new roof installed as well. I wish I had a Lisa in every area to refer buyers to as she will always get my referrals in her home town!! Thank you again Lisa.

Earlier this year, my husband and I decided to sell our home in Georgia in order to relocate to Tennessee to begin retirement. Having a great agent was very important to us. Several were recommended to us, but only one stood above the crowd - Lisa Lewis! From the first time we met her, we were very impressed with her professionalism, ability to explain the process and tools she and the agency would use to sell our home, etc. She clearly did her homework and was prepared prior to our first meeting. She stressed that communication was key and she delivered. Both my husband and I are in the customer service industry, and I tend to be more critical of business people for their customer service/support skills. We were SO impressed with Lisa. She is the consummate professional and kept us in the loop every step of the way in the process. She told us on Day 1 that she is an advocate for her clients. That is priceless, since packing and getting ready for a move is stressful enough, so knowing that a realtor is watching out for your interests is necessary. Lisa is strategic and explained every approach to the sale of our home. She also has a very good heart. She does her homework. She is responsive and I have total confidence in her skills. I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa to anyone planning on selling their home, or anyone in the market to buy.

Lisa was an integral part in the purchase of our new home after our family decided we needed more space. When we first met her, she showed us home after home and was very patient until we finally chose the right plan for us. Not only did she assist us in finding our dream home, but she also sold our preowned home to a new loving family in one weekend. She was professional, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and everything you could want in a realtor. If you’re looking for your dream home, call Lisa the full service realtor.

Hi. Yes, it is definitely a great time to sell. We are in one of the strongest Seller's markets in the last 30 years or more. Even though interest rates have ticked up slightly, home prices are still at an all-time high due to the overwhelming demand. That is not expected to change in the near future, so it's a great time to sell. Let me know how I can help!
Hi. The first thing to do is meet with an experienced Realtor who can walk you through all aspects of the transaction, from what is your next move after selling to what steps you need to do to prepare your home before listing. Meeting with a Realtor first and getting everything in order for the sale of your home and knowing what you need to do for your next move will lead to a much smoother transaction. Let me know how I can help!
Hi. The first thing to do when thinking about selling your house is to meet with an experienced Realtor. The purpose of meeting with a Realtor is to first make sure you are qualified and ready to get to the next place you want to go after selling your house. The next reason to meet with a Realtor is to go over what steps you need to take as far as home repairs or staging, etc., to be able to sell your home for the highest net amount to you.
My favorite part of working in real estate is helping people. Oftentimes people are buying and selling a house for fun reasons such as getting married, a new baby, retiring or downsizing; but also there are times when clients have to move for reasons that aren't as fun such as sickness, divorce or family members needing to sell a home of a deceased family member. No matter the reason someone needs to sell or buy a house, I love walking them through what often is one of the most important transactions they will ever be involved in.
I've been a full-time active Realtor for a little over six years.
