Phee is an absolute hair ARTIST! The Warren was recommended to me by the first two people I asked, whose hair I admired. My daughter then had her hair cut and colored by Phee, and it was beautiful. So I made an appointment with her to give some style to my long, heavy, blah hair…and I walked out of there feeling AMAZING! She listened. And she gave me a fabulous, versatile cut that I can actually recreate at home. (And btw, the price was not outrageous.) I will definitely be going back—five stars!
