The worst , I mean worst customer service. I was promised my medicine would be ready by friday ,not only did they not have it ready( which it should have been) but I had to wait half hour,after that it was not right. I can't figure out how they can be I business if they can't offer customer service?

Beware. This was our go to pharmacy for years. However in The last 18mo service taken a nose dive. Recently I have spent actual HOURS trying to get them on the phone to resolve mistakes they are making that is causing HUGE problems with my insurance and I can't get past to automated system. Even contacted CVS helpline and even they couldn't get this CVS on the phone. I have transferred to another CVS pharmacy and they can't get this location on the phone either to correct the issue. This place is a MESS.

Aside from the text service to automatically fill your prescriptions this pharmacy is the worst. Rude and really unorganized. You can never get anyone on the phone without a 15/30 min wait on hold.

5 Stars for Art! I had quite a bit of trouble with several other pharmacies trying to fill a prescription on December 29th, and Art helped me find out what went wrong, cancel old prescriptions I didn't need anymore, and expedite the ones I've been struggling to get. He was exceptionally respectful during the entire process.

No, but it is located right at the front so you don't have to navigate the whole store to use it
You can call CVS to get it transfer over. It'll depend on your insurance if the medication is covered.
