How hot is medium? What would you recommend for crawfish and what sauce. I never had Buckets O' Crawfish before but I ate crawfish at King Buffet. Is it the same?

Medium is pretty hot. If you cant take to much spice i would go for mild. The craw fish is delicious i would recommend Cajun style.
