Meanest customer service you will ever encounter. Called about my global entry because not once before or during the application process did they mention that my entire STATE would not have an interview appointment available for the next YEAR. I politely asked and she cut me off and spoke to me very condescendingly. I don’t ever leave reviews because i’m not a karen but I hope those employees get a hard reality check someday.

Compared to other airport entrances in the US (NY or LA), I thought it was wonderful. Both the input and the output. Very friendly police and staff, hardly any queues and directions in Spanish. Congratulations to the authorities !!

When you pay for Global Entry you don't imagine it will take 8 months to get in to the interview. Online scheduling doesn't work. On hold 48 minutes now and voice recording says my wait time is less than 1 min. Getting a refund. This is life folks.

I don't blame the local employees. All of a sudden I didn't get my pre check on my flights. I logged on to my account and saw there was a message from last August that said my GE was revoked for "incomplete information". I've had my GE card for several years and it doesn't expire for a few more and I can't get an answer because it 'comes from back east'. Very frustrating.

I dont think so, only from out of country. You can call the Utah CBP office though for a 100 %
0830-1630 mon-fri...no need to make an appointment.. Take care!
If you Google it it should be one of the first few things to come up. Short answer, and from a quick read of the site. Submit a form online, they'll do their thing. I don't think it said you had to do the interview again, but might be wrong. Edit: you may or may not apparently, dependes, it says to keep checking back on your renewal after submitting it.
Yes. But it must be checked in your luggage. It cannot pass through TSA due to their liquid limits to approx 3 ounces.
Guessing you could get away with at least 5
