I buy a lot of my clothes from Sundance however I would be inclined to purchase more items but the charge for shipping is more than most other online retailers. Most Sundance items come folded up In a plastic bag so 17.95 for shipping is just way too much. When I completed a live chat the associate said there were no discounts on shipping or offer of free shipping. It gives me pause when deciding to place an order when most companies offer free shipping.

Sundance Catalog this is their reply admitting fraud and selling the same item under two different names. Their Lupita earrings are the exact same item as Reina Lupa earrings!!! The price was $180 for one pair and $168 for the other pair but they changed it. Such a ripoff! Sundance committing and admitting fraud while expecting their customers to pay shipping!!! FTS! Sundance sucks

BUYER BEWARE I purchased a pair of boots from them in January 2022 & unfortunately they did not fit correctly. I returned them on January 21st, using the return label that was in the box. As of today (2/11/22) they still have not “received” the boots back to issue a refund. I was told by their customer chat (The phone number does not work) it take 2-3 WEEKS for them to get returns back then ANOTHER 1-2 weeks for the refund to be issued!!! It is ridiculous. I was told that it is taking longer due to shipping issues/delays with all carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) BS!! My husband returned a pair of shoes to New Balance on Monday (2/7/22) & the refund was issued on Friday (2/11/22), 4 DAYS later. I will NEVER order from them again. Fingers crossed I get my $200 back.
