I have a shoulder injury, work related. I went in on Tuesday and after an extremely long wait, was examined and given instructions, and told to return today for a follow up. So I called and asked if it would help to make an appointment. Was told it wasn't that behind today, no appointment needed. I showed up about 2:15. There were two people waiting. I walked to the front desk, where three or four staff are chatting it up, apparently getting ready to go to lunch because they all walked out the door without one word to me, leaving me standing there all alone, nobody at the desk. I waited for maybe 45-60 seconds before someone finally came from the office directly behind the desk, apparently they were having a great time in the office while the front desk was empty. I get checked in and I'm told "someone will come to get you in a little bit". I sat and waited. People started coming in, but the appointments ahead of me weren't being called back. After about 35 minutes, nobody had been called back, remember there were two or there ahead of me, and I needed to get my daughter to an event, so I had to leave. Given the choice, I wouldn't return here, ever. Because it's through workmans comp, my work place has decided this is where we are herded for it's intakes, so unfortunately I'll have to check and see if I can find someone who actually wants to work on Monday.

Brought in a paper report they wanted made me sit in the waiting room for three hours to look at it and sign a dot physical card and no one was helpful at all

Clinic staff are considerate and polite. However unfortunately You may be waiting close an hour just to be seen. Clinic staff could check patients in quicker. The main door is not accessible nor stroller friendly. Male Restrooms do not have a changing table.

Staff was rude, didn’t do anything for the amount of pain my husband was in. He lost half his finger and they told him to take Tylenol. What a joke! Definitely will be going to the ER! Sorry excuse for a medical facility.

workmed is a specific service for work accidents, they will give you appointments until you feel completely well or until the doctor determines it according to your condition, avoid missing an appointment because workmed will close the case and if you feel bad after, probably you could struggle to get a new appointment.
For drug testing it's a UA. For Metals it's blood.
No insurance will pay but u may have a co pay depending on your insurance
I would like to say it depends on what it's for
