I see all the big movies here, your Lord of the Rings & Hobbit, Star Wars, Marvel stuff, Harry Potter, Fast & Furious, etc, and really any sci-fi/fantasy, action, or adventure movie. Huge immersive screen and sound system, biggest screen around really, capable of 4k 3D IMAX and sound, and they are good at featuring the biggest blockbuster movies, as well as a daily rotating assortment of excellent documentaries of nature, science, and various genres for all ages. Great for kids! Really fun, interesting and inspirational documentary movies for kids that play all day long, and even the parents can enjoy. Good snack bar/concession stand. The seating is at a steep inlcine, for great viewing, it really puts you in the middle of the screen, you feel like you're IN the movie! For the immense size of the screen, this manages to give you an intimate feel to your watching experience. They have recently renovated the interior with new seats (which are a great improvement! They are very comfortable!) Temperature is always spot-on and comfortable. All in all, for the ultimate viewing experience, this is the place to go in the Pacific Northwest! This is one of the best places to see a movie in the country!

Edit: It’s been over a week since the show I was trying to get a refund for. I left voicemails and sent emails. I would like my refund, please. It would be nice if customers were able to actually contact someone about returns/exchanges. Been calling and emailing all day and there is no response. Was hoping to get my tickets exchanged before Jurassic World leaves.

On Thursday, May 26th I bought a ticket to a screening of Top Gun Maverick held on Saturday, May 28th. I didn't know if I would be able to attend the screening because I knew I might have to work, but I took comfort when I saw that the Pacific Science Center offers refunds, so I ordered a ticket just to have one secured in case I could attend. Within a couple of hours of placing the order though, I learned that I would need to work, so I sent an email to the address listed in my digital receipt, explaining the situation. I received no response, so the next day I sent an identical email. I also started calling the listed phone number on Friday and continued this into early Saturday, but I never reached a person in the three times that I called. The refund policy clearly stated that refunds can't be issued after the movie has started, so on Saturday morning before work I made one last call to the customer service line. When that call wasn't answered I figured that I wasn't going to be able to receive a refund, so at that point I sent the digital ticket to a friend, so that at least the ticket wouldn't be a complete waste. I was ready for that to be the end of it, twenty bucks isn't a huge amount of money to lose, but I received a response to my refund request on Monday the 30th. It explained that the staff was overwhelmed due to the premier of Top Gun, and they hadn't been able to monitor emails and phone calls. Hey, I thought, that makes sense. The email explained that the refund window had been expanded due to this error. I thought that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund, because the ticket had been used. However, I decided to call just to see. My assumption was that an apologetic staff member would tell me that the ticket couldn't be reimbursed since it was used. However, I also thought there was a chance that they would throw me a voucher for something like a free popcorn on my next visit. You know, some token gesture as an apology, like when a restaurant comps your appetizer when your wait is really long. I didn't expect this though, I was 85 percent sure I was just going to receive an apology, which I'd have been fine with. That isn't what happened when I called around 330pm today. Instead, an arrogant staff member informed me that it was great that I had given it to a friend, because now that friend can pay me the $20. I had fully explained the situation to him, including that I only gave the ticket to that person because pacific science center had failed to respond to refund requests, and because I thought that the ticket was about to become worthless. In short, not only did I pay $20 for nothing, but the establishment couldn’t even tell me to get lost politely. This was my first experience with the Pacific Science Center and you'd best believe it will be my last.

Bought movie tickets online; $21 for an adult is steep, but the IMAX screen is big, and we are “supporting” PAC-Sci. But…at checkout, we realized there is no option to select your seats. Okay, we think. Let’s try it anyway. Screen is supposed to be awesome. You arrive at Seattle Center and it’s a scramble for parking made worse by the fact a random festival was happening so all the parking surrounding the area was charging “event parking.” We shell out $40 and hoof it to the theater, worried we would miss some of the movie. But nope, you show up and wait in line for the start time of the movie: That’s right, you don’t get in to the theater until the posted *start* time. A 7 pm movie doesn’t allow you in until 7. With no assigned seating, it was every person for themselves. We all herded in like cows and raced for our seats like contestants on Supermarket Sweep gunning for the baby formula. After waiting … and waiting … at 7:25 a woman emerges and announces they are just waiting for concessions to wrap up so they can start. Um, what? The posted start time is 7 pm. They haven’t even dimmed the lights and turned on previews yet but they’re prioritizing popcorn sales? So, the movie finally starts about, say, 7:40. The movie itself was great, and the screen huge, although people kept walking down the center aisle in front of the audience when needing to leave, rather than going up and around. In summary: $21 ticket No assigned seating Parking - $40/car Movie starts 40 min late Great screen Does the screen outweigh the negatives? No. Go elsewhere.

It varies. If you happen to get public assistance, you can get a year pass for your whole family for $21!!!
Check there website or call them
Movies might be changing frequently so it might be best to give them a phone call to see the times different movies are playing. This place is amazing the surround sound is so sweet 3d movies might have you holding on to your seat making you fill like your right there . I love this place .
No
There is street parking in the neighborhood or the science center has a medium sized garage but it fills up if it's a prime time of day
No. The IMAX can be its own ticket but they do have discounts if you want to bundle
I'd consider it flat from my experience.
I have no idea. You should call them.
Unfortunately no
The theater does have wheelchair accessible seating and it is located at the top of the theater. The way the theater is designed puts the top row just about center with the screen! When you arrive, talk to the ushers at the bottom of the ramp and they will escort you to the accessible seating.
$10.75 for a documentary, $16.95 for a feature film like Avengers or Coco
30 minutes could be smart. Listen to Michael.
You cannot reserve seats. I'd go with Ryan's advice on how early to get there.
No, first come first serve only. For movies that are a box office hit, you will have to come an hour in advance if you want to avoid sitting at the front row
