By far the best theater in the theater in the area in terms of picture and sound quality. Even better than the (very nice) Dolby Cinema up in Alderwood.

My favorite theater in Seattle! Amazing movie experience. Huge screen, super sharp laser projection, filling sound. Good popcorn. Slightly uncomfortable Seating but kind or required for an vertical seating and immersive IMAX experience.

We saw Maleficent: Mistress of Evil here. It’s a beautiful theater with really nice comfortable chairs and spacious rows of seating. We found it a little difficult to locate the entrance within the park and parking itself can be a bit of a chore to find. Allow yourself plenty of time to do these things and you won’t regret it. Once in though it was totally worth the slightly higher price than going to a normal cinema. We sat about middle height of the seating and if I went again I would try to sit higher, I think it would get me more in the center of the screen which can make a big difference on a screen this large.

The Bad News: - This theater NEEDS Reserved Seating. The current seating system is holding it back from being a truly exceptional movie-going experience. The Good News: - HUGE 80 ft Screen is Breathtaking. (Especially for movies filmed in IMAX like Avengers.) - The IMAX 4K Laser projection, next-gen audio and screen size makes this a TRUE IMAX experience (unlike the "Lie-MAX" found in most AMC Theaters.) If this theater had reserved seating, it would receive a perfect score. I truly hope they listen to the demand of audiences and implement this.
