The website says it opens on memorial day weekend, but it seemed not in 2022. We do need an appointment in advance. Some outside exhibit is still available.

Enjoyed the opening activities at the museum. Great people. I learned how to throw a hatchet and make it stick in a piece of log! Also learned about Flint Knapping!

Really neat little historical museum in Grantsville. Fascinating artifacts from the early pioneers and settlers as well as native Americans. There are some interesting structures and old wagons on the property as well. Craig was our guide and he was a gifted story-teller and so interesting to listen to, very knowledgable.
