Good evening miss, first of all, you taking it in a wrong way. 60% of our clients are black and they are very happy with our services. We don't do highlights on black hair because we don't have color for strong hair texture. Lots of our clients ask us and when we explain this to them (like we did to you on the phone) they understand. We don't want to say "come in and we will do your hair" because what if the color doesn't show up. I hope you understand racism is not a joke, we do respect all our clients, there are some people who will always take things in a negative way. Please don't do this and blame people for something they haven't done.
