I really like to go here in this library because i really have heard good reviews from my friends but i put it 1 because the hours are always so bad because on weekends its closed and on weekdays it closes early and i never get a chance to go because of school and i really want to read books

They opener at 10am today
Go to the library and ask for the form to get a library card. Your parents will most likely have to fill it out and bring it to the library for you.
They do have a section filled with study guides on the 3rd floor

So long as you are over age 7, you can come to the library without a parent. You may use the computer once with a guest pass, but you'll need to get a library card to use it again.
