You can apply at lyneer staffing or accu staffing in vineland that is the fastest way to gain employment.They also have job fairs which hire directly into Durands or pick up a application at the guard shed.I was a temp for 9 months before getting hired.They do hire the temps as long as they good attendance.Durands is a good company to work for, plenty of room for advancement.The job fairs are normally advertised in the news paper and they are done about twice a year.The down side is the summer heat but for me I've got use to it.Good luck to you feel free to contact me if you have any other questions regarding durands.

If your trying to start as a packer your best bet might be the Temp Agencies ACCU or Lyneer. If you have previous experience with other positions like machine, mold, or forklift you would be better doing a walk in .
