After 15 years, we drove back to NY and stayed here. It was very convenient to everything, including the LIRR. The hotel needs to be updated. The first night I think I got bit by bedbugs but couldn’t prove it. The hotel needs major paint upgrades as well to secure the walls because they felt very loose.

My 6th time staying here. A big plus is that the hotel is steps away from the Rockville Long Island Railroad Station stop. Always clean. Breakfast is good. Honestly one of the best parts of my stay is Linda, the front desk manager. Linda is always pleasant and helpful. She's helped me book rooms whenever possible. If you've just flown in or need to extend your stay...contact Linda. A true gem and a great example of great hospitality customer service. I have memberships at other top tier hotels. When in Rockville Center, I always check if there is a room at the Best Western. Two thumbs up for the hotel and definitely for Linda!!!

Cost vs experience / NO RECEIPT. On check in the lady at the desk was pleasant, and accommodating when requesting a room. She was welcoming, and I thought it would be a good stay. The room had recent renovation, and was clean, but econolodge level everything. one packet of regular coffee, and on decaf, and no cup. the beds were cheap, and not comfortable. (if you bump the bed, the mattress will slide off. The pillows felt like old pillows bunched into a little box. 0500 I had no coffee, since there was no cup in the room. I went to the front desk, and was told no coffee until 0600, and that I should find the 7-11. I waited until near 0600, and apparently was 4 minutes too soon, and was told no again, from the couch in the lounge. At 0605, to be sure I didn't get told no again, I found the coffee was Nescafe instant coffee. Basically mud, then water. on check out, I requested a receipt, and was given a paper that had the correct top details, but only stated balance 0.00. I can't turn that in for expenses, and can't see the charges. I called on 18MAY2022 at 2000, when I got back home to ask for a receipt since none was emailed, or available. after a 25.6 minute call, and a hold time split in 2 of over 18 minutes, I got a screenshot of their computer. It is illegal in NY to refuse a receipt, and I also have to personally eat this hotel room used for business travel. I am passing the info on to my company, and advise others that this is NOT where you want to stay if you are turning in expenses, or expect anything decent. You are charged a $100 incidental fee. Go right down the street where you can get much better accommodation for the same money, and get a receipt to turn in to your company. The only reason for 2 stars was check in, and the fact the door locked.

Friendly staff. Good place to sleep and shower. Older motel but a good deal. Only a few steps to the Rockville centre LIRR. 65 Restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket less than a block away. CVS also. Will stay again.

Depends on which way you go 20-29 minutes to JFK, 40 minutes to LGA
Who knows. This place is filthy. And to people who say I'm miserable, there was hair in the bed which wasnt mine, soap scum on the shower rod and toothpaste on the wall. The front desk called me at 1036pm to inquire about paperwork which they declined to take at check in.

Sorry for your bad experience the staff was pleasant to me and yes breakfast could have been better. The area has great restaurants and friendly people. Savannah Georgia better breakfast however parking on lot is $24 per night. Pool area really small, great staff.
