Lovely, eclectic, cavernous, authentic interior. Table chips & salsa hit the spot - the salsa fresh and flavorful, the chips crispy and warm. Drinks were ok - felt slightly watered down than I prefer. The Mesita Steak was absolutely wonderful, the high point of my dinner. Tacos were delicious - crispy on the outside, flavor packed inside. Kids loved the quesadilla and tacos as well. We went overboard with dessert - ordered the flan, tres leches, and the heavenly nachos. The heavenly nachos definitely lived up to their name. The flan and tres leches were a close second. Would not miss any of them if I could! An evening well spent!

We had a great experience at Mesita in Rockville Center. The service was quick. We got our drinks quick and our food quick. The drinks & food were a bit pricey (probably due to food prices rising due to covid) but it was still worth it because it tastes great and portions are big. I ordered the steak & shrimp fajita and it was amazingggg. Definitely would recommend anyone to try.

First time here, the space is very big, the ambiance is very nice and and somber. Music is on and has a fun vibe. Food is delicious, I recommend the enchiladas. Margarita was bomb too, very strong.

As a long time patron of the Rockville Centre restaurant and bar scene I visited one of the absolute best in the area last night,Mesita. I was there with both of my adult children and based on my daughter's recommendation the overall experience was outstanding. Our wonderful server John was extremely patient with me in particular,as I had endless questions regarding their tequila selection. For dinner we split the Fiesta Fajita,which easily serves 3 along with extra rice,a pork Taco and shrimp Quesadilla. The food was terrific. Along the way the House brought over a sample shot of an after dinner chocolate tequila which was sublime. The atmosphere is trendy,the staff friendly, the drinks were great and the food was on point. Go and enjoy!!
