Disappointing experience. No one ahead of me, waited over 30 minutes on a Friday at 5pm. About 4 people behind me, as I leave after not being able to wait any longer the pharmacist is hanging out outside. The “manager” Jeremy was of no assistance. Not sure what business practice has employees taking breaks within the last hour of closing but definitely an eye opener to the poor management at this location.

I just wasted two hours of my time driving all the way from Smithtown to the dispensary. It is almost impossible to locate this place. They evidently only have two pharmacists. One calls out sick so the other goes to lunch. He’ll be back in an hour you can wait until then and he can discuss your needs. No driving from Smithtown and then back home again at 3:30 on the LIE I think not. You need additional people to work in your facility evidently two pharmacists are not sufficient and you should have a back up system.

Great shopping experience. The guy that helped me (wish I remembered his name) was very nice and knowledge. They gave everyone the time they needed to talk through what they wanted and it was all super quick and easy. Much better experience than the other medical dispensaries I've been to!
