I liked Dr. Fedel, however felt a bit rushed due to the amount of people waiting in the waiting room I assume.

Perfect experience!!! My father is a cancer patient and Dr. KIM was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He knew the importance of extra care in regard to the type of cancer medication in conjunction to extractions. Awesome. All appointments were on time. Very pleased!!!

Definitely should have looked at the reviews before coming here. If 0 stars was an option I would give them that. Came for all four wisdom teeth removal. They barely tell you any information they’re just concerned about getting you in and out. If you’re someone who has lots of anxiety around procedures this is a TERRIBLE place to go. Had to return several times after my procedure due to complications. Surgeon Fedele was arrogant and very dismissive of my pain.

Had a procedure done to assist with my daughters braces. The brackets fell off after 38 days. Our orthodontist seemed surprised by the short length of time that they lasted. When we went back to OMS, we stood at the window for several minutes with no acknowledgement of our presence. When we spoke with the surgeon he said this happens all the time which is why we signed a paper saying this might happen. But our orthodontist seemed to feel otherwise. No refund was offered, however they offered to repeat the surgery at no cost, but who would want to have their 13 yr old go under anesthesia again? The building itself seemed uncared for. The chair that the surgeon sat in while talking to us was torn and worn out. He presented himself very unprofessionally. It was an uncomfortable experience and Sadly I would not recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever return.

I had an appointment with them today. I noticed that this place is very busy. I had to wait 3 months for a consultation and now to actually get a tooth pulled must wait until Feb. Their waiting room was packed and the receptionist was going from one person straight to the next. I honestly don't think she had time to answer the phone. I too tried to call prior to my appointment and just like you nobody answered. Understaffed perhaps? Or maybe only take appointments from the referring dentist itself. 🤷♀️ Either way they need a new system.
They take a lot of different insurances. To know for sure which plans they accept, you'll need to call their office. You can also contact your health insurance company or check on their website (view list of providers).
Your payment is due on the day of Services
