Buchanan Dog Park

As a regular user, I know that ALL breeds, mixes, and mutts of any age are welcome at the dog park. Owners must follow the rules posted at the gate and on the fences.

Some people dont follow the rules dogs are supose to be fixed they need to inforce that!!.and no treats brought it in .read the sign people!!

We will sometimes let our little dog on the large side to play! It depends on your dog’s comfort with large dogs! If you have a gentle large dog sometimes they will come to the small side just because they don’t play as rough as the big dogs can sometimes!

Yes. As always with children and dogs they should be watched carefully around strange dogs.

It's not NOT allowed, just seen as more "impolite" if anything. But some dogs are just more vocal than others.

Buchanan park is open, was just there yesterday, can't tell you if the gate th the dog park is open, but there was nobody inside the fenced in area.

No there is no fee... all you have to do is put them eathir in the small pup place or the larger pup park... theres a lil aater fountain too.. id think your dog would love it

No. Both the small dog and large dog sections are completely fenced with double gate entrances. You will need your leash until you get to the dog park.

No, the enclosed spaces are with others. Aggressive dogs aren't allowed, of course.

I would like to bring my dog just wanted to know the rules and if I needed too know anything before I would come that might prevent me from being able to take my dog in the park.

They're pretty basic: no smoking, food, or drinks and clean up after your dog. Also, there is a small dog side and a large dog side; please choose the correct side according to your dog's or puppy's current size.

There are 2 separate areas for sm n lg dogs. The park is Very lg. Very nicely kept park....you n ur 4 leggers will love it.

Yes. I heard it happens to young dogs and the cure is just 3 shots to help with that. I dont kniw why it is that the paek though

They can run in the dog park. There is a side bigger dogs and one for smaller size dogs.

Is this the same as Beau's Dream dog park? If so, it's the best!!!! The only down side is there are no bathrooms! I'd love to send photos.
