Not when I was there. They were off.
They haven't been on at all this year.
In warmer weather
The one on the big dog side was on but not the little side and that was the first week of September this year 2019.. There is a pool that is right in front of a hose so that way the dogs can play and cool off.
One of them was on earlier today in the big dog area.
