Got loaded last week went to azp with it took 4 hours to unload due to interwest stacking totes full of books on top of each other in the nose of my trailer can't strap totes. What a mess.

Not too bad if you come on time. Employees are little bit rude because the working environment. Follow the instructions and you will be fine. Two to three hours unloading.

We currently do not purchase text books from the public, only semi truck load quantities currently.
