Worst place I have ever lived. They don’t care about residents and don’t even come into the office, I had sent them over five maintenance requests about pest control they just mark it as complete ended up getting pest control on my own, and they won’t refund. They have also charged us for not having renters insurance and when i contacted them to ask for the fee refund they said they would talk to the manager and ignored my emails and calls after I had asked about the charge. Forget about doing laundry none of there equipment works. They don’t fix lights if they go out and also do not change the air filters, my lease has ended but they decided to charge for another month with out us even signing another lease. Worst apartment ever and I will be contacting the health department about the living conditions maxx properties and eight 20 need new employees that will actually do their jobs please do not move here save yourself the money and trouble

You have inflation so a rise in prices is going crazy at the moment. No one I know has an employer that adjusted their pay. Tax increase has passed. You see cops trying to find a reason to give people tickets so the state can make their money. A big rise in rent throughout Utah. So everyone is coming after your hard earned money. Along with all the other problems of living here, you have this apartment allowing a tow company to make their money off of struggling people. There was a guy walking around looking at people license plates this morning then I get off from work only to see a lot of cars with papers on their door threatening to tow their vehicle. I cannot support a place that supports companies going after struggling Americans. It's not that hard to sue so if these apartments break the lease or the law in any way, you just need to go to the courthouse and file the paperwork. That's how easy it is. Don't let these places and cities cause you to become homeless because they want your money.
