The shop owner, big guy originally from Iraq, literally scammed me by not returning the change for a 100. He pretended he had already returned the change. When I told him nicely that he may have made a mistake or was confused, he said “we don’t play these games here”. So I left the vape juice I purchased on the counter and left the shop. He sent a guy running after me with the exact change for a hundred -$80. So he was the one playing games, but he didn’t want to be exposed for the con artist that he is. I would recommend people go to Jeanie’s or somewhere else.
