Was here downtime this week don’t see my review so thought I’d leave another one. Swedish hospital doesn’t care. I went there and the bride told me she takes Mucinx for her phlegm? Well instead of doing blood work or trying to figure out what exactly is wrong they did a covid test. And that was it wanted to wait for the covid result to come back which wasn’t gonna my to show result until the next day. Wouldn’t recommend coming her doctor walked in and introduced her self and left while I was explaining why I came. Very unprofessional do not come here period.

Terrible experience with rude staff. They treat patients as garbage specially the maternity section. Very dirty place where they put a close relative of mine in a very old, small, and disgusting room. It was obvious that it was not cleaned for years. The AC unit was too old and rust was covering it. The room furniture was very old fashioned. They even treated her new born baby in a very unprofessional way. The nurse who cleaned him did not wear gloves and because of her long nails, the baby head was scratched and bled. They alleged that the scratches might happen during the delivery process. I do not recommend this hospital.

I have had two bad experiences with this hospital. 1) They took me and my daughter to an unclean room which has throw up in a canister so the room was smelling I had to call them to remove the throw up from the room which means the room was not cleaned before they put me us in there. 2) I took my daughter who has stepped on a metal and in pain, this MD. Derrick Steven Lowery came in, didn’t introduce himself and he’s standing 5 feet from my daughter stretching his neck to see the Injury without teaching to see the pain she’s going through, after he saw it he asked me what do you want me to do for her? I was confused so I looked at him and said I don’t know but She’s is in pain and is swelling. The MD said “ stepping on a metal doesn’t need x-ray or doesn’t need to be helicoptered’ I was shocked because I didn’t say anything to deserve that answer. So I decided not to say anything so he said okay you guys can go home then he left. My 13 years looked at me and said what’s going on? I told her I have no idea. Both of us were shocked. I am praying that they do something about it because this is not a hospital that I will recommend anyone to go to Especially if you black. Very terrible experience I have ever encounter in America.

The staff in this hospital are the most ignorant and laid back crowd I have ever met in my life. If you run into ER with a real emergency, they force you to go through documents first, to enforce their “policies”. If you found yourself in an emergency situation just call 911. I learnt it the hard way.

It is in between the 2 entry doors. Closer to the west entrance as Aaron Park mentioned. Thanks AP
Whatever you can afford or get from your employer. Call them and ask which insurance companies they accept.
