I was visiting out of state when I purchased from this location for some reason online order only took half the order right, i could of made the mistake ordering since the site kept switching pages on me, if i order 1 pzza right why not the other one? I thought I got a meat lovers but only received a cheese. when I called, they wanted to just give me credit or make another one but I had to pick it up, after I paid 6.00 delivery fee for 1.4 miles away plus a decent tip. Other restaurants would of remade and brought it back. Customer service goes along ways now a days!!

This is more of a plea for help than a review. Dear Pizza Hut, Shame on you Pizza Hut for not better supporting, preparing and protecting your so called Pizza Hut "Family" & "Team" by providing your employees with better customer service training. I've been in service industry most of my life. I am very aware of domino effect created by the post Covid labor shortage and the hardships created for those of us in the Service & Hospitality industries. I walked into Pizza Hut hungry and happy and not even 10 minutes later walked out baffled and disheartened by the "customer service" I had just witnessed. Mostly I felt great sadness for the young man at the counter who was in obvious distress, overwhelmed with no visible support. I am convinced he was doing the best he knew how but his fear, frustration and lack of customer service training was written across his face as he screamed at customers pacing about and throwing receipts. He was "in the weeds" and had lost control. The most effective way to tell if a business TRULY values a positive guest experience and overall customer satisfaction...is to observe how they treat and train the most important asset they have, their team. Come on Pizza Hut, I know you can do better than that.

Not my favorite location. Staff isn't very helpful. They also charge 75 cents for each marinara and there is barely any in the container.

I went there to buy a gift card. It was after 11AM opening time. Door is locked so I called. It was difficult to explain i wanted to BUY a gift card NOT USE one. He sad they don't sell cards so I adked for address of a pizza hut that sold cards. Another guy got on phone I asked for his location so I can purchase a card. Im at THAT ADDRESS. He said to come in and he'll help me. I said the door is locked. I see him come to door. I walk up door is locked. I knock a guy comes to the door says they aren't open yet. They are having technical problems so it'll be awhile. I said THANKS FOR NOTHING. Yes I've spent almost 30 minutes.
