The team was on our water damage from a broken pipe within a few hours and set up their machines to soak up the water from our carpet and then the dehumidifiers. They ran for 72 hours and by then it was all dry, saving the carpet. They were courteous and prompt and then cleaned the carpet with an antimicrobial solution. Our insurance company was excellent, too, and coordinated handily with Serv Pro. If you have house damage, call Serv Pro. They all did a great job.

This team was wonderful to deal with, from start to finish. Christina in their front office is very responsive (and responsible!) and Sean McCabe was especially helpful, considerate, and made himself available for anything that would require discussion. I had an urgent situation arise that was outside of their responsibilities and they did not hesitate to do what was needed to resolve it. The gentleman who came back out to my home outside of regular work hours was particularly kind to help out the way he did. Christina and Sean have certainly given this company a good name in my book!
