DO NOT buy from this company, they are not reputable and have horrible service. I placed an order online and received an email saying they would call to schedule a delivery within 24 hours. 24hrs no call, so I decide to call them. They said they were "looking for the item" and will call me back (never got a call back). I called them back the next day and they told me they sold the sofa set weeks ago and that I need to come in and pick another set (that would cost more) because their inventory system isn't working properly. I email the "regional manager" Javier Rodriguez and don't get a response. I then call support and they said they will email Javier and that Javier will call me the next day. Another day passes and no call or email from Javier. I call the store and they say Javier will be in at 1:30, then when I call it changes to 4:30, then finally he's out on a delivery and can't talk. Go to Bob's Furniture, Ashley's, pretty much anywhere besides this company. There's a reason why the furniture is cheap, because the company has terrible service and worse managment. Christian the store rep was helpful but everyone else was terrible. Update: Javier (Regional Manager) emailed me and said he will assist me in the order. It's been two weeks and no communication on his end. 0/5.

We shopped for a new washer and dryer at this store. We were assisted by Quinton who was very helpful. His knowledge of brands and how each brand performs was exceptional. He helped my husband and I to make an informed decision on which appliances to purchase while staying within our budget. If I could rate him a 10, I would. We felt he listened to our needs and we came home with a great value and great products. You Quinton are rated 10 Stars.

No. Both Sears Outlet and the new American Freight Appliance, Furniture, Mattress are completely separate entities from Sears and Sears' parent company TransformCo. In fact, starting in late April, we will no longer use the Sears Outlet name and it will be removed entirely from all of our materials and business operations.
Sears Outlet will be rebranding over the course of April, leading up to a big grand re-opening celebration across all stores on April 23rd, 2020.

All items that are no longer new undergo a stringent testing process and when necessary have cosmetic parts replaced and/or are repaired. Only after an item has undergone our thorough certification process is it approved to be a Sears Outlet Certified item. In addition, these products carry the same manufacturer's warranties that new in-box items do.
