Appliance connection has a very large inventory display to allow for customer options. The delivery department in particular Tom and Claudia are customer focused and Alan delivery team is excellent. Alan gave my husband and I peace of mind in his handling of our new appliances and in dismantling the front door plus removing door knobs to allow access for the large refrigerator. Thanks to the sale folks Scott and Charlotte we love our new appliances. My 4 Star is reflected towards Quality Control at the warehouse Big problem with damaged goods. Craziness we had two attempts with microwave and three with the refrigerator. The boxes were sealed with no evidence of damage makings yet the products were notiacbly damaged. We purchased all GE products not certain where the big problem sits interms of accountability. But a lot of goods are being delivered damaged and No one should accept or believe that's the norm as the cost for consumer goods continue to rise. I would recommend as the inventory selection is large just beware on delivery. cheers!

Good customers service.. Cheers to Tom, Claudia, Scott and Charlotte and thumbs up to Alan delivery team.. Big concern is with Quality Control products are being delivered damaged from the warehouse. We had several attempts in just our experience certain many others can relate. Never accept damage goods when paying premium cost.. I would recommend just be aware of delivery concerns.

Spent several thousand dollars and received a damaged product. Resolution was 10% discount and replacement of the dented part. Over 3 months later, I’m still chasing after them to have the damaged part replaced with little effort or follow up. Prices might be competitive, but customers service is terrible and you will certainly pay for it there if there’s any issues - My rep was Johnny M.
