Have an ad on the website for first month for $1. When you go into the store, they will not honor the price. Stephanie the GM and property manager said she does not need to honor that price. That is bait and switch. Watch out for this place and their dirty practices.

This company was horrible to deal with. I had 4 units and my stuff there for over a year. They refused to work with me on anything. For the first few months it was good then they changed management/employees and it was the worst. Multiple …Hi Kelly, As we pride ourselves in customer service, it always saddens us to see reviews like this. Per your account, we only had one unit in your name at our facility at Bear Road. Our entire staff tried to help you downsize when you inquired and also put together estimates if you were to rent multiple units in your name in an effort to help you save money monthly.
