I’ve went here & took my kids here for years & the service use to be great but now it’s so different…. I Went to the dentist this past Friday with a tooth ache dentist clucked me on my tooth with a silver object & told me nothing was wrong come to find out I went to another dentist & my tooth was infected & needs to be treated & pulled so I won’t be returning here anymore

My daughter has had braces for 6 months and the orthodontist is good, I see the difference. But we had an incident, at the lake a canoo hit my daughter in the face and broke her braces. It was a misfortunate accident, I called off work the next day to take her to the doctor because they did not answer the phone. The ladys at the front desk say, no one can see my daughter for 2 weeks, something about the insurance and then the doctor wouldn't be there. My 12 year old daughter has to stay with her braces like that for 2 weeks, no options! Its so disheartening and unprofessional, not to mention embarrassing. My daughter cried her eyes out.

Angie/front desk got a case of chicken neck when you ask her a question. She called me to confirm my appointment and was confused so she hung up. Continue to hire people that lack professionalism /customer service skills and it will drive ppl away.

Their temperature checks are innacurate and they made me waste my time. I didn't have a fever nor was I ever exposed to a person with the virus yet they sent me home because their broken thermometer told them my temperature was "more than 100." When I got home it was 97.5 They need a new one so that they don't waste anybody else's time. My thermometer is new therefore that was my ACTUAL temperature. Complete waste of time I'm too busy to be rescheduling my visits over something so small.

Routine dental checkups and professional cleanings help ensure your smile remains in tip-top condition and that any developing problems receive the prompt care they require. While it’s a good idea to schedule a checkup and cleaning twice a year, longer or shorter intervals between routine visits depend on your specific needs.
