Honestly great gym and great staff members. The only concern is that i think they can definitely get more weight lifting machines like bench press and incline press when compared to the 20-30 treadmills and stairclimbers they have they only have 3 benchpress and 2 incline. Overall great Place

I absolutely loved going here. The MMA section is fantastic. I spent most of my time in classes, but it looks like they have a good selection of workout equipment, ball courts, etc. As well. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is it felt very pressured by the staff to sell me/my friend full time memberships when we were just looking things over and trying out a few classes. The facility and the classes speak for themselves, you really don't need to push memberships, just let me decide and I'll ask for it. I would give 4.5 stars if I could because the facility was super clean and top-notch as far as equipment and staffing.

Overall a great gym. The equipment is new and plentiful, you will not struggle to find a free cardio machine or free weights. The staff is great and welcoming. I've been working with Brodie since October and I never want to train with anyone else. He is extremely dedicated to his clients, knowledgeable, funny and overall an amazing human being. I worked with another trainer at a different gym for the majority of 2021, but did not see the changes in my body that I've seen in the last few months from working with Brodie.

I genuinely feel like they have everything needed to reach my fitness goals and everyone(front desk and trainers) are super nice! They've been helpful whenever I've had questions about how to use equipment since I'm relatively new to a higher quality gym. Overall I would for sure recommend!
