This is a great place for kids. My 6 year old has gained so much self confidence being a participant here. She strives to do well and practices to be better each week. She is normally a quieter observer but she has been able to grow her wings here. She started in the “mighty stars” and moved to “super stars” then moved to pre-team. The coaches are in tune with the kids And really help them refine skills! My 16 month old also participates. We are taking a little break with her right now but we will be back! She giggles so much, loves the attention from the teachers, and is learning to follow instructions. We love ascend.

Katie, Thank you for your inquiry. We are very concerned about the safety of our staff and guests at all times. Here are the safety policies that are in affect: All coaches and staff are required to wear a mask, unless behind the plexiglass. • All customers entering the building shall wear masks. Athletes must wear a mask upon entering and leaving the building. They will also be required to wear a mask if using the bathroom or entering the lobby area. Mask usage during athletic activity will be at the parent’s discretion. All children ages 5 and under (per WHO guidelines), do not need to wear a mask. Are you asking if she can go to class the same day you sign her up? I am not understanding what you mean by train. As long as there is a slot open in her class, she can go same day. If she is having a trial to see what class she would be in, you will have to ask the coach evaluating her. Some of the classes are full. The nice ladies at the desk can help with questions also. They have the class lists in the computer.
I pay $83 per month for my 5 year and her class is 1 hour. For my 9 year old, I pay $95 per month and the class last 1 hr 30 minutes. You can call the office and speak to Cathy. Ask her to give you a trial class.

Saturday: there's usually someone in the front desk until 2pm. Sunday: not really, usually just private classes or private parties.
