I mostly go for grooming. I liked their original version of Vital Care better, but you earn Petco money as you shop and get a certain amount of Petco money every month so that helps lessen the cost of what I have to buy there. Only encountered one rude employee there. The other staff I've dealt with have been really nice and informative (when needed). I wish they had more groomers, but it looks like their actively hiring.

We looked at times for the wrong store, so we thought they would be open for another hour, but when we got there they were about to close. Janet was happy to help us out anyways, and was very informative, polite, patient, and overall just kind! Would of never guessed she was a new employee! Very happy with our new pets(:

Friendly staff. I take my Cane Corso pups here for supplies and socializing. I do wish they kept the type of food that we need more in stock. We feed our Mastiffs Orijen and also Vital.

They don’t care about your animals. I have been feeding my dogs petco brand food for 6 yrs. I know they close at 7 and my dogs are currently out of food. One of them is sensitive so I can’t just buy another brand. I called to tell them I was on the way but would be there right at 7. They locked the doors and refused to let me in. They would rather my dogs starve then stay an extra 2 mins. I will be switching my dogs food permanently now. Disgusting customer service.
