This store offers mostly the supplies, which is nice. There is a great selection of feeder rodents and fish, but not many actual pets, in case you are looking for them. The store is very crowded with items, and does get busy. But the staff are undeniably helpful, friendly, and eager to help.

Both times I've been in this pet store the lady there has been rude, and disrespectful. The first time we came looking for ferret treats, and they suggested guinea pig treats. For one, that simple mistake could cost someone their beloved pet as ferrets can only eat specific things. And two, the simple lack of care just goes to show how uneducated they are about the animals that come into that store. Would give zero stars if possible, I do not recommend.

I called in with questions about care and options for my guinea pig and discuss the possibility of purchasing another one in the future. ALL of my questions were so thoroughly answered with patience and I just want to say that whoever the lovely woman I talk to on the phone with her I wish I had caught her name so I could let everyone know she’s the gal to deal with 10 out of 10 service

Yes rats and mice in all sizes for feeders and pets... I just bought my daughter 2 male small rats and they're so sweet and loving!!! And so freaking adorable!!
Yes. Feeders I believe. It's the only place I could find rats for a ball python I had.
I don't think they do, but I would just call and ask them.
Yes!! We're headed home with ours now! They're so adorable
I believe it's very low or sloped ramp by the side of store to get to front door
They had them last time I was in, give them a call to make sure they have some in stock
They have a good selection of birds and what you want and they don't have they more than often will get for you
Usually they do but it always depends on how many come in (new arrivals come in on Thursdays, so Fridays are the best days to stop by). If You're wanting a certain number &/or color, ask them to add a special order. They usually can.
It's best to call ahead and see what great reptiles or exotic fresh and saltwater fish, since they are fairly priced their animals sell fast, I breed Super Giant Tremper Leopard Geckos and they allow me to sell my beautiful animals their and get all my reptile needs from feeder pinkies, crickets, tomato horned worms, and all reptile terrarium, lighting, cage furniture etc. A must place to visit for all your birds, fish, reptiles, information books and very rarely do they not have what you need.
No
I wouldn't trust this business with any of there live animals.
Yes
No
I don't know if they have frozen but I know they carry live ones
Tea
I've never seen them there
Was there about 2 weeks ago and had a pair of lovebirds but would probably call first.
No but I suggest you do your research on ferrets you cannot treat them as cats you cannot treat them as guinea pigs you cannot treat them as dogs you have to have a very good vet otherwise you will not be able to care for them you have to use certain litters certain foods
I was just in there yesterday, they have a cute white and brown bunny and he/she is very sweet.
They usually have bunnies best to give them a call they stock up on many things sincebthey have stock customers will pick up the supplies quickly.
Springwater doenst hace cholrine and other chemicals and is fine and catfish are good additions to betas and help them. Basically they make good buddies.
Yes
Yes they sell drilled tanks of all sizes. They have a huge room with tanks.
Yes they do
They carry a nice variety of the cubes for both salt and freshwater fish. The closest to mosquito larvae is probably those pellets that are made from them.
They do have a few various sponge filters but from what I've seen they are mostly for larger equipment. If your looking for the cylinder sponges that slide onto a L shaped or T shaped tube if you have a double you might after order online.
Thank you Dan i should of just did that lol
They have several kinds of birds, including parakeets. However, I don't think they would know if they're male or female.
There are a few different species, as well as spiders and bearded dragons.
