There is a drive-up outside book drop-off in the back
To use the library, there is no cost at all. If you would like to check out books, you sign up for a free library card. Some things do cost money, checking out DVDs, faxing, and printing, for example. Books and other materials are free to check out, but be sure to return them on time, or you could get library fines. Hope that helps!
Not an employee, but according to their site they have one at the North, South, East, and Forest locations. Not at Franklin. I would suggest calling to set up an appointment.
I haven't seen this offered but it would probably be easier to just ask them directly
