If you haven't been to an ALDI store in many years I would check it out. They have really expanded their selection and improved product quality. The only real downside is that they still don't have as much as most grocery stores, and this is petty but you have to either bring your own bags or buy them there, but it's a minor thing.

There is one at East 14th and Madison. However, one of their employees told me yesterday, that that location will only be there for another year or two, because it will be moving to Ankeny.
