Leaving a review regarding a cab driver who works for you. This cab driver was driving around a couple in search of a home. As he was waiting for the couple to be done touring our property he told our maintenance staff he was going to charge them double because they wouldn't know the difference because they are foreign. We got his NY plate as KVA 2154. This is absolutely disgraceful to have someone working for you doing this. We will spread the word to all other prospective residents to not use your service and let them know this happened.

I will never use this service again. The supposed manager kept yelling and talking over me. They never showed up. At the time of my appointment I had to call and cancel. Apparently a ride is not guaranteed. They only give you a ride if someone is available. So, if no one if available, you don't make your appointment. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Also, when it looked like they might not show up, I called 2 different times to figure out what was going on. The people who answer the phone only know one or two lines to say and can't deviate from them. They just keep repeating them over and over. I will never use this service! Why would you use a service that never showed? They did try to say that they showed and I never answered. But they wouldn't tell me what time they showed. I was outside waiting until after the time of my appointment. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this place deserves it!

Please, Please do not use it! I paid for my wife's ride from Niagara airport (IAG) to Niagara Falls Ontario Canada Two days before the ride. Driver told her that he doesn't have passport when arrive at the border (Duty Free) to wait for another cab from Liberty. Nobody came for an hour and she crossed the Niagara River Bridge walking on o very cold November day. We did not get a refund for that "ride". I have 5 months since I contacted first time Liberty Yellow Cab and I was not able to talk with an agent from North America, just from India.

Used this taxi for medical transportation. Absolutely horrible experience. First off the car that came to pick us up had seatbelts that didn't work and we have a 3 year old. Obviously she needs to wear a seatbelt. We finished our appointment at 3:50 and called the taxi again so they could pick us up. They said we would wait twenty minutes. Then we called again at 4:10 and they said twenty more minutes because they didn't have a driver. Then the office we at closed so we had to wait outside and it was 15 degrees outside. Our child was freezing because of these people. Then they didn't come to pick us until 5:30. That is an hour and twenty minutes later than what they were supposed to do. The automated message that you get when you call is a lie. There is zero ethic. I called to complain to and all they said was sorry. Sorry can't fix the fact that we got home almost 2 hours later than what we were supposed to. I would give it zero stars if possible. If you need to get somewhere on thime this is not the taxi to go with. I don't recommend it.

In any other business a company who has so many pissed off people in the past would have failed except for taxis because you could only choose one or two taxi companies and they had a monopoly on it. Now that ride-sharing has come and there is competition they're crying no fair because they were the top dogs years ago now the stuff that they were getting away with 15-20 years ago they can no longer get away with
Yes they do the cc machine is in the back passenger side of the cab where you can swipe for credit or debit.
I think they were meaning can they qualify to use the service??. The answer is yes!!

Its a cheaper option than the traditional out dated taxi service. Uber and Lyft has revolutionized the ride sharing buisness.

Liberty Cab is a family-owned business Splash radio station they are awesome respectful clean sanitary and I use them every time I'm in Buffalo
It's a commercial cab company. The drivers are employees of the company. The company's cars are covered under a commercial insurance.

As far as medical appts, ask for the Company named Local. Owner name is Able..love them. Switched from Liberty about a month Update Local jas merged with United Sy and they are better than ever
