Wouldn't recommend this harbor to anyone . We attempted to make reservations for a slip on a Thursday, prior to our weekend travels. Was told at that time they do not take reservations, and that we can call the morning of to arrange a slip. We called at 8:30am on Sunday morning as instructed. We were told to contact the harbor master on CH66 VHF. After several attempts to contact the harbor master, there was no answer. We idled into the harbor like we have done many times before. It was evident that several slips were open as we made our approach. From the office, a older man began to scream at us to turn around. We attempted to conversate relative to our communication we had thus far, but he wasn't having it. He screamed at us to contact the harbor via VHF. We attempted once aging on the radio and still no answer. We idled closer to the dock to reengage with the cranky gentleman. He began to violently wave his hands and arms, signaling us to turn around, screaming "...you better get out of here...". It would have been effortless I would think to politely tell us there is no room, or the communications are not working. In conclusion, if you're in the mood to get badgered by a real badger, stop by the harbor at Langley. As I read other reviews, its a shame the city of Langley continues to allow this inexcusable, aggressive behavior from its harbor master. Perhaps some harassments training is necessary? or maybe the gentlemen needs a day off to revaluate his meds. Boat safe neighbors

Came here via boat mid day to stop and grab some lunch from the fantastic pizza place in town. Get close to the guest dock where there is tons of room and get yelled at to call the harbor master about availability. Hail the harbor master multiple times on their vhf channel with no response. 2 phone calls later I'm told that all the open space on the guest dock is reserved. Then I ask about just dropping someone off and am told no. Ended up having to nose up to the beach to drop someone off to go grab our food. Wouldn't recommend this marina to anyone based on how they treated us.

An accommodating and friendly staff make this marina a hidden gem. Just don't expect to get a slip without reservations.

Call the harbormaster.
I cannot say for certain but I did see a few people who looked like they were living aboard.
No fuel directly at the port. Probably easiest to get it at Everett, or at Oak Harbor if you go by there.
