This company was supposed to come and pick up my non running vehicle. Called the last hour and half of my pickup. Supposedly still on their way to come pick up and I need to pick when the driver calls. Well guess what if you are busy please just tell me to reschedule and not play with my time.

The tow truck driver was amazing He took great care of my kids when they hit a deer. Dealing with the office was ok except they told us we were not allowed to remove anything except our personal stuff from the vehicle. Was told if it's attached to the truck we are not allowed to keep it. Had to argue with them to get our igloo receiver because it is connected to the truck
