The technician was very rude over the phone. He called originally and said he was 20 mins away. After 35 minutes I called him. He was very rude and said it would be another 15 mins. I decided to call another company since it was going on an hour of waiting in the cold. Very unprofessional technician

The 3 keys I made all work. They're not perfect and can be a bit "awkward." Sometimes they tend to get stuck in the key hole. One of them can unlock the lock, but it takes finesse to turn it, so it unlocks the door SLOWLY. My hand gets sore putting so much force into turning the key, but its just a spare key for in case I lose the main one. For $8.99, not bad.
