The prices for dog food are ridiculous. Also the cats which are roaming free about the store aren't people friendly unless you enjoy getting scratched and bleeding. Amazon is the better way to buy pet food.

I went into this store yesterday and bought a little medium outfit for my ferret and it's too big so I went back today to only exchange it for the same exact outfit at the same price but in a small size instead of medium.. They WOULD NOT allow me to change it for a small size and the out fit still had the tags on it since I only had it less than 10 hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE SHOP THERE expecially if you may have to exchange something cause it want happened even though they tell u they will just so you will buy their items. Also they had a very bad attitude and they want even allow you to pet unless you purchase them first.THEIR PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS AS WELL SO ILL JUST CONTINUE SHOPPING AT ANIMAL HOUSE AND PETCO WITCH ARE HALF PRICE ON ITEMS THAT THIS PLACE SELLS.

Purchased 2 calico goldfish on 03/02 The girl that got the fish for me was very nice & helpful. Jena whom rang me out, was not friendly at all.

Staff is always friendly. My husband or myself go there at least once a week to buy things for our guinea pigs and cats. I love the fact that they have cats that get to roam around the store. Animal enclosures including the Little critters are always clean.
