I returned a dog bed. They gave me a receipt saying they returned the money to my card but never did. I come back and the manager says contact corporate. I contact corporate and they say they will refund it but once again lies. Sad cus I really liked the store.

The employees here are always really nice and helpful. I like the self dog wash station; it has a nice height to it if you don't like to bend down while washing your dog. You can either bring your own shampoo or you can pay a little extra to use theirs. They also have a pretty good collection of supplies for dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, and fish. I mostly get dog stuff here and I'm really happy with the selection of treats. They usually have some cats available for adoption from a nearby shelter, but usually no more than two. They seem well taken care of.

Good quality variety of dog and cat supplies. Car wash used to be free but now it's $10.Now selling birds and they have fish too. Cat adoptions most days.

Tried to return some products at Christmas time and was to even though I had receiptit was over 90 days thus he could only offer me a store credit . 2 non food products under 20 bucks ofcourseI felt compelled to plead my case to no avail.So fast forward to early February and try to redeem my store credit and all I hear when I swipe the card is that loud flat bomp sound. The young man at the register suggests I had already used the card , I politely answered it had not left my wallet and he continued with all types of scenerios that some one else had used my card. Eventually the Manager , the one who issued me the card in the first place tried several times as well. It never did work He made some kind f notes and stated he would fix it later and gave me back the card and told me I had $2.93 left on my card and chuckled. I as politely as possible ask that he let the next person in line use the my andj the next person. With a little chuckle he said oh it probably. would not work any way and threw it in the trash.
