I had heard awful things from previous patients here, as well as amazing things from previous patients, so I went into this appt with an open mind. I would never return here again if I didn't have to. I 100% feel as though they do not care about you, your pain, your situation, based on my personal experience. I have never been to a clinic of any kind where the extent of care is so poor, and I have been in the military for 24 years and have been to some real doozy clinics, so the fact that this one is that terrible in comparison speaks volumes. Biggest regret I have to date is getting referred there for my back. As soon as the appropriate paperwork I need filled out by them is done, I will be transferring my care elsewhere. I wouldn't have given this one star if I didn't have to.
