I had the same experience but drove away with someone else's order. 2 people screwed over. I didn't go back to correct and I don't plan to return.
Awhile back, I ordered a chicken salad during the early hours of the morning. When I got the salad and opened it up the chicken appeared uncooked. I asked for them to cook the chicken longer. They remade me a salad with the cooked chicken and when giving it to me they just kind of threw it at me. So at that point I requested to speak with a manager. I was told the manager didn't have time to talk to me. Me catching an attitude for that I decided that I wanted a refund. They could have the salad back. I just wanted my money back since the manager didn't have time to talk to me about the service I was getting for just ordering a salad. The manager never came to the window and the man at the window and older man kept telling me to leave. Maybe becoming more obstinate I said no! Long story short they called the police to intervene and at that point I will seething all because I asked for a refund of the order that I got bad service with and the manager just didn't have time to talk to me.
